At Flight Air Now, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period lasts 30 days from the date you receive your items or the date a third party you’ve designated (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered goods.

Gifts

• If the returned item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the item’s value. The gift certificate will be mailed after we receive the returned product.

• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift sender had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
